Coach T is a Certified Christian Life Coach. She is a College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work & Theater/Dance, an Internationally Certified Prevention Specialist and Consultant in Alcohol, Tobacco, and Illicit Drugs, a Trained Facilitator of the Scientifically Proven Prevention Program; Creating Lasting Families Connections, a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, Global Transformational Speaker, & Author. Featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine, & speaking at many Universities on Mental Health, Youth Empowerment Conferences, Faith-Based Grant Writing Conferences, National Adult Education Conferences, the 2024 Inspire Her Business Conference, and guest appearances on several Podcasts. Coach T is the CEO and Founder of Proctor & Thompson Enterprises, LLC, which houses Her Path 2 Purpose Academy, The Rage 2 Resilience Blueprint, The K.I.N.G.D.O.M. Method Mastery Blueprint, and the nonprofit Rage 2 Resilience for kids of incarcerated parents. She is also the Founder of the Resilient Soul’s Speaks Podcast. Her Passion is to help women of color, in leadership, use their skills, knowledge, and experience to build a profitable Kingdom Coaching Business so they can Discover, Develop, and Dominate in their Divine Calling. She specializes in Mindset, Women in Purpose & Power, Leadership, Identity, Confidence, Paradigm Shifting, and Resilience.

My Story

As a child coming from so much trauma, you would think I would curl up in a ball and avoid life altogether. Even when I lost my mother at the age of 13, my father at the age of 16, being molested, physically, emotionally, and mentally abused, being brutally beaten, raped, and left to die in a parking lot, and becoming such an angry and violent person, I still felt like God had never left my side. I believed that there was more for me and that this life I was enduring was not the end of my story. The Resilient Souls Speak Podcast is a new avenue for me to share my life, with the mistakes, the hurt and pain, the wins, and lessons learned. It was created to allow all the women with a story to overcome by the blood of THE LAMB and the words of their testimony! God allowed me to have a Joseph experience, and to now turn my back on my past and walk into my God-Given Destiny!

Why I Do It

God placed a burden on me for the women I was around on a regular basis. Almost everyone I knew was in fields and careers where they were becoming burnt out. They weren't fulfilled and never felt they were impacting anyone or anything but the Employer's pockets. I was realizing that although we were doing the traditional path to success, who were we impacting with our process and journey? No one! To me, being a great leader, minister, or corporate leader, you have to have a purpose and vision for what you do. It was time to live life to the fullest, doing what God designed for us to be and do, and to do that, we have to share the knowledge, skills, experiences, testimonies, and our hearts to bring others up with us. Kingdom, Purpose-Driven Lives, doing exactly what we were designed to do on this earth. My desire became to fully help these women discover their purpose, develop their vision, and dominate in their Divine Calling
